Privacy Policy

How IC7 Game handles information on ic7live.in — what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. Written in plain English, for players in India.

Last updated: 12 July 2026

1. Introduction and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how IC7 Game ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you visit the website at ic7live.in. It covers the pages of this website, the contact form we host, and the analytics and cookies used to keep the site running and to understand how it performs.

IC7 Game is intended for adults aged 18 and over who are located in India, outside the restricted states listed in section 12. Our services are priced and presented in Indian Rupees (₹).

Important — the app is separate. This website promotes and links to the IC7 Game mobile application. The app itself is a distinct product with its own account system, its own in-app terms and its own privacy notice. Any information you provide inside the app — such as your mobile number, identity documents, payment details or game history — is collected and processed under the app's own terms, not under this website policy. Please read the app's in-app privacy notice before you register there.

By using ic7live.in, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree with it, please stop using the site.

2. Information we collect

(a) Information you give us

You do not need to create an account to browse this website. We only receive personal information from you when you choose to send it — for example, when you complete the form on our contact page. That form asks for:

  • Your name — so we know who we are replying to.
  • Your email address — so we can send you a reply.
  • Your message — the enquiry, question or complaint you want to raise.

If you contact us on Telegram instead, we receive whatever your Telegram profile shows us (typically a display name and, if you have set one, a username) together with the content of your messages. Please do not send us passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), full card numbers, bank credentials or copies of identity documents through the contact form or over Telegram. We will never ask you for them, and no one legitimately representing IC7 Game will either.

(b) Information collected automatically

Like nearly every website, ic7live.in records some technical information whenever a page is requested. This is collected through our web server logs and through the analytics tools described in section 3. It typically includes:

  • Device and browser type — for example, whether you are on an Android phone or a desktop computer, and which browser you use.
  • Operating system and screen size — so we can check that our layouts work on the devices people actually use.
  • IP address — assigned to you by your internet provider.
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address — usually accurate only to the level of a state or city. We use this to apply the restricted-states rule described in section 12. We do not collect precise GPS location from this website.
  • Referring URL — the page or advertisement that sent you to us.
  • Pages viewed and links clicked — including whether you followed the download link.
  • Timestamps — the date and time of each request.

Most of this information does not identify you by name. Under Indian law an IP address can, in some circumstances, still be treated as personal data, so we handle it with the same care as the information you give us directly.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. Similar technologies — such as local storage and pixel tags — work in comparable ways. We use them in two broad categories.

  • Essential cookies and local storage. These keep the site working: remembering that you have dismissed a notice, holding your preferences (for example reduced-motion settings) and protecting our forms against automated abuse. Without them parts of the site would simply stop functioning, so they are always active.
  • Analytics cookies. These help us count visits, see which pages are read and where people leave, and measure whether a campaign is sending us real, interested visitors. They tell us about patterns across many people, not about you as an individual.

We do not use cookies on this website to build advertising profiles about you or to follow you around unrelated websites for marketing purposes.

How to turn cookies off. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. In Chrome, look under Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies. In Safari, under Settings → Safari → Privacy & Security. In Firefox, under Settings → Privacy & Security. You can also browse in a private or incognito window, which discards cookies when you close it. Blocking all cookies may break parts of this site and of most other sites you visit.

4. How we use your information

We use the information described above only for these purposes:

  • To answer you. If you write to us through the contact form or on Telegram, we use your name, email address and message to investigate and reply.
  • To operate and improve the site. Technical data tells us which pages are slow, which images fail to load, and which layouts break on which phones.
  • To measure campaign performance. Referral and click data tells us, in aggregate, which channels bring people to the site and whether our pages are useful once they arrive.
  • To enforce eligibility. We use age confirmation and IP-based location signals to keep the site aimed only at adults aged 18 and over, and to apply the restricted-states rule in section 12.
  • For security and fraud prevention. Server logs help us detect scraping, spam submissions, impersonation attempts and other abuse, and to keep the site available.
  • To meet our legal obligations. Where a law, regulator, or a lawful order from an authority in India requires us to retain or produce information, we will comply.

We do not use your contact-form details to send you marketing emails unless you have clearly asked us to.

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act) governs how organisations handle the personal data of people in India. The Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, including the rules on sensitive personal data or information (often called the SPDI Rules), also continue to be relevant. We aim to follow both.

In plain terms, that means:

  • We rely on your consent when you voluntarily send us your name, email address and message. You give that consent by choosing to submit the form, and you are told at that moment what the information is for.
  • We collect only what we need for the purpose we have described, and nothing extra.
  • We use it only for that purpose — we do not quietly repurpose your enquiry into a marketing list.
  • You can withdraw consent at any time, as described in section 10. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already, lawfully, took place.
  • Some processing is not consent-based. Keeping security logs, preventing fraud, and retaining records we are legally required to keep are things we must do to run the site lawfully and safely.

This section is a plain-English summary written for players, not legal advice. If you need advice about your own rights under Indian law, please speak to a qualified lawyer.

6. Third parties and outbound links

This website links out to services we do not own or control. The most important ones are:

  • Telegram. Our support handle t.me/ravihere0 and our community group t.me/yn_games are hosted on Telegram. When you message us there, Telegram processes your account details and your messages under Telegram's own privacy policy. Anything you post in the public community group can be seen by every other member of that group.
  • The download link. Our download button points to urlr.io/ic7, a link-shortening and redirect service. Shortening services generally record that a click happened, along with technical details such as an IP address, in order to count clicks and detect abuse. Once you are redirected, the destination — the IC7 Game app distribution page — takes over.
  • Analytics providers. We use third-party analytics tooling to produce the aggregate reports described in section 3. These providers act on our instructions and process technical data such as page views, device type and approximate location.
  • Fonts and hosting. Our pages load web fonts from Google Fonts, and our site is served by a hosting provider. Both necessarily see the IP address of the device requesting the page, as a technical requirement of delivering it.

Once you follow an outbound link, you leave ic7live.in. From that moment the privacy policy, terms and security practices of that third party apply to you, not ours. We do not control what they collect, how long they keep it, or who they share it with, and this policy does not cover their conduct. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any service before you use it.

7. Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent, trade or auction it, and we do not hand it to data brokers.

We share personal information only in these limited situations:

  • With service providers who work for us — our hosting company, our email provider and our analytics tooling — strictly so they can perform that service for us.
  • Where the law requires it — in response to a valid legal process, court order or lawful request from a competent authority in India.
  • To protect people — where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, investigate a security incident, protect our rights, or protect someone's safety.
  • With your explicit direction — where you have asked us to pass something on.

If our business is ever restructured or transferred, personal data may pass to the new operator, who would remain bound by the commitments in this policy.

8. How long we keep data

We keep information only as long as we actually need it.

  • Contact enquiries. We keep your name, email address and message for as long as it takes to resolve your enquiry, plus a short period afterwards in case you write back about the same issue. When the matter is closed and that period has passed, we delete it — unless a law requires us to keep it longer, or unless it forms part of an unresolved dispute or fraud investigation.
  • Analytics. Individual-level records are kept for a limited period and are then discarded. What survives is aggregate statistics — counts, trends and totals with no personal identifiers attached — which we may keep indefinitely because they no longer identify anyone.
  • Security and server logs. Kept for a short, rolling window sufficient to investigate abuse, then overwritten.

You can ask us to delete information about you sooner. See section 10.

9. Security

We take reasonable, practical steps to protect the information we hold:

  • Encryption in transit. ic7live.in is served over HTTPS, so the traffic between your device and our server is encrypted.
  • Access controls. Access to contact-form submissions and analytics dashboards is limited to the small number of people who need it to do their job, and is protected by strong authentication.
  • Data minimisation. The most reliable way to protect data is not to collect it. We deliberately keep this website's collection to a minimum — there is no account system and no payment processing here.
  • Monitoring. We watch our logs for unusual activity and patch our software.

We have to be honest with you: no method of transmitting information over the internet, and no method of electronic storage, is completely secure. Anyone who tells you otherwise is overselling. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and we cannot protect information after it has left our systems — for example, once you have sent it through a third-party messaging app. Protect your own side too: use a strong, unique password on any account, keep your device updated, and never share an OTP with anyone.

10. Your rights and grievance redressal

Subject to Indian law and to the limits described below, you can ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you, and get a summary of how we have used it.
  • Correct anything that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
  • Erase personal information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep.
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave us, at any time and as easily as you gave it.
  • Raise a grievance if you believe we have mishandled your information, and receive a reasoned response.
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

How to exercise them. Use whichever is easiest for you:

  • Send a request through our contact form, stating clearly which right you are exercising.
  • Message our support team on Telegram at t.me/ravihere0.

We will acknowledge your request promptly and aim to resolve it within a reasonable period. We may need to ask you a question or two to confirm that the request really comes from you — that check protects you, not us. There are limits: we cannot erase information we are legally obliged to retain, and we cannot give you data held inside the IC7 Game app, which is governed by the app's own terms. For anything relating to your in-app account, balance or documents, please raise it through the app's own support channel.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your grievance, you may escalate the matter to the relevant data protection authority in India.

11. Age restriction and children

18+

IC7 Game is strictly for adults. This website and the IC7 Game app are intended only for people aged 18 years or older. The content is entertainment for adults, it involves financial risk, and it is not suitable for children in any circumstances.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. We do not design, write or advertise this site to appeal to children, and we do not target them in any campaign.

If we learn that we hold information belonging to a person under 18, we will delete it from our systems as quickly as we reasonably can, and we will block further contact from that source. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor has sent us information, please tell us through the contact page or on Telegram support and we will act on it.

Parents: if children share your device, consider setting up device-level parental controls and a separate user profile for them.

12. Restricted states

IC7 Game is not available to residents of the following Indian states:

  • Andhra Pradesh
  • Assam
  • Odisha
  • Telangana
  • Nagaland
  • Sikkim

To apply this rule we use IP-based signals: we derive an approximate location from the IP address your internet provider has assigned to your device, and we use that signal to restrict access from the states listed above. This is the only reason we process approximate location on this website, and it is processing we consider necessary in order to operate lawfully.

IP-based location is an estimate, not a certainty. It can be wrong — for instance if you are roaming, or if your provider routes your traffic through another state. If you believe you have been restricted in error, contact us and we will look into it. Equally, if you are a resident of a restricted state, you must not attempt to bypass the restriction; doing so breaches our terms, and any attempt to disguise your location may itself be logged as a security event.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — because the law changes, because we adopt a new tool, or simply because we can explain something more clearly. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and publish the new version here.

If a change is significant — for example, if we begin collecting a new category of information, or use existing information for a genuinely new purpose — we will make a reasonable effort to highlight it, such as by posting a notice on the site or in our Telegram community, and, where the law requires it, by asking for your fresh consent.

Continuing to use ic7live.in after an update means you accept the revised policy. We recommend checking this page occasionally. Earlier versions are superseded by whatever appears here.

14. Contact us

If you have a question about this policy, want to exercise one of the rights in section 10, or want to raise a grievance about how we handle your information, reach us through either of these channels:

Please mark privacy-related messages clearly (for example, "Privacy request" or "Data deletion request") so they reach the right person quickly. Questions about your in-app account, deposits or withdrawals are handled inside the IC7 Game app under its own terms — the fastest route for those is the app's own support channel.

Play responsibly. IC7 Game is entertainment for adults aged 18 and over. Games involve financial risk and can be addictive. Never play with money you cannot afford to lose, set your own limits, and stop if it stops being fun. If gaming is affecting your life, seek help.
