Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and IC7 Game ("IC7 Game", "we", "us", "our") covering your use of the website at ic7live.in and the pages, content and links published on it.

By browsing this website, following a download link from it, or joining our Telegram channels, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the website and do not download the app.

You should read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how information about you is handled when you use this website.

Who We Are

ic7live.in is an informational and promotional website for the IC7 Game mobile app. It exists to describe the app, show what the game library contains, explain how to install it, and point you to official download and support channels. It is a marketing and information site — nothing more.

To be completely clear about what this website does and does not do:

This website does not host or run any real-money game.
This website does not hold, receive, process or return player funds.

All of those things happen inside the IC7 Game app, which is operated under its own in-app terms and conditions by the app operator. Your Account

Accounts are created and held inside the IC7 Game app, not on this website. The following rules apply to them.

One account per person. Each person may hold a single account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under a different name, number, device or payment instrument by the same person — may be closed without notice.
Your information must be accurate. The name, mobile number, date of birth and payment details you register must be true, current and your own. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and can result in permanent closure and forfeiture of any promotional credit.
Your credentials are yours to protect. Keep your password, PIN and one-time codes private. Do not reuse a password from another service. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you authorised it, unless the loss was caused by our own failure.
No sharing, selling or transferring. An account is personal to you. You may not share access, sell it, transfer it, or let anybody else play on it.
No accounts on behalf of others. You may not open or operate an account for another person, including a family member, a minor, or anyone excluded from the service.
Tell us if something looks wrong. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact Telegram support immediately.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website and the IC7 Game app honestly, lawfully, and only for personal entertainment. You must not:

commit or attempt any kind of fraud, including chargeback fraud, payment fraud or identity fraud;
collude with other players, or act as part of a group or syndicate, to gain an unfair advantage;
use bots, scripts, macros, emulators, automated play tools or artificial intelligence agents to play on your behalf;
exploit a bug, glitch, pricing error or software fault — if you find one, report it instead; deliberately profiting from it is a breach of these Terms and any resulting balance may be reversed;
use the service to launder money, to move criminal proceeds, or to finance any unlawful activity;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, tamper with, or attempt to derive the source code of the app or any part of it;
scrape, crawl, mirror, harvest or bulk-copy this website, its content, its images or its data by any automated means;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server, network or system, or interfere with the normal operation of the service;
impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity, age, location or affiliation;
upload or distribute malware, or introduce any harmful code;
behave abusively, threateningly, obscenely, or in a discriminatory or harassing way toward our staff, our support team, our community moderators, or other players — in the app, on our Telegram channels, or anywhere else;
use the service in any way that breaks the law that applies to you.

Breaking any of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of promotional credit, and — where the conduct is criminal — a report to the relevant authorities.

Bonus Terms

This website does not hold funds and does not issue bonuses. It links to the IC7 Game app. Every bonus described here is granted, held, tracked and released inside the app, by the app operator, under the promotional terms published in the app at the moment you claim the offer. Those in-app terms are the binding version. This section explains, in plain English, what a bonus is and what it is not.

What "up to ₹10,000" actually means

₹10,000 is a maximum headline value for the welcome package — it is not a guaranteed payout, it is not cash, and it is not automatically credited in full to every new account. The welcome package is typically made up of several separate components released over time and on conditions. The amount any individual player actually receives depends on which components they qualify for and whether they meet the conditions attached to each. Many players will receive less than the maximum. Some may receive nothing at all if they do not meet the conditions.

A bonus is promotional credit, not withdrawable cash

Bonus funds are promotional credit. They are not the same as money you deposited, and they cannot normally be withdrawn as they stand. Bonus abuse voids the bonus
